Email marketing

Newsletters and automations that work while you do not.

We build newsletters that get read and automations that send the right email at the right moment: after sign-up, after a purchase, when a cart is abandoned. From choosing the tool to templates, sequences and measurement. Beside this are emails we made for Cosmozone and Levandų ūkis.

The channel you own

The list belongs to you, not to a platform's algorithm.

On social media your post reaches as many people as the algorithm allows. An email reaches everyone who agreed to receive it, and the list stays yours whatever happens to the platform. That is why email is the one channel worth growing as an asset.

The automations do the heaviest work: a welcome sequence after sign-up, a reminder about an abandoned cart, an email after a purchase. They are written once and work every day, whatever the size of the list. The two Cosmozone emails above are exactly that: one brings the buyer back to an abandoned cart, the other reminds them of a discount. Revenue attributed to email at Cosmozone grew by 148% between 17 March and 13 September 2026 against the preceding period of the same length, and 92.7% of it came from automations. At Sodo expertai, revenue attributed to email reached 50,908.90 EUR from 833 orders between January and September 2026, and nearly half of it also came from automations.

The technical part comes first: domain authentication so the emails reach their recipients, and integration with the site or store so sign-ups and purchases land on the list by themselves. Then a template that is recognisable and works on the phone, and segments so different people get different emails.

We can write the copy, or you can, from our structure. What usually works best is the two together: you know the customers, we know what works in an email. We measure what was bought or ordered from the emails, and change what does not work.

Common questions

Will it work if the list is small?

Automations work from the first contact: a welcome sequence or an abandoned cart email does not depend on the size of the list. A newsletter earns its place as the list grows, so we also work out where new contacts come from.

Which tool do you use?

Most often Klaviyo or Omnisend: Cosmozone's email runs on Klaviyo, while Levandų ūkis, Sodo expertai and Toolsta use Omnisend. The final choice depends on your case: a store needs integration with purchase data, a service business often needs a simpler tool. We choose by list size, integrations and who will write the emails day to day.

Will the emails end up in spam?

The technical side, domain authentication and list hygiene, is the first job. We send only to people who agreed to receive. That is a legal question and a deliverability one.
