This page explains what personal data reaches Eastframe through this website, why, where it goes and what you can ask us to do with it.
Who handles your data
The data controller is Eastframe, Vilnius, Lithuania. For anything about your data, write to info@eastframe.lt.
What we collect
Through the enquiry forms: your name, email address, phone number if you choose to give it, the service you are interested in and your message.
Through the careers pages: whatever you send by email when applying, usually your name, contact details and CV.
We do not use analytics, advertising pixels or cookies. The site keeps one note in your browser's session storage (ef_seen) so the opening animation plays once per visit; it holds no personal data and disappears when the tab is closed.
Why, and on what basis
Enquiry data is used to reply to you and, if you want, to prepare an offer. The basis is taking steps at your request before a possible contract (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)) and the consent you give with the checkbox (Art. 6(1)(a)).
Application data is used only to assess your application, on the basis of steps before a possible employment or service contract and your consent.
Who else processes it
Resend, the service that delivers form messages to our inbox. Resend is based in the United States; the transfer relies on the safeguards provided in its data processing terms, such as the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
Vercel, which hosts the site and, like any host, briefly processes technical data such as IP addresses to deliver and protect it.
Our email provider, which stores the messages in our mailbox.
We do not sell your data or pass it to anyone for marketing.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept while we are in conversation with you and, if we start working together, for as long as the work and our legal obligations require. If nothing follows, we delete the enquiry once it is clearly no longer needed. Applications are kept until the recruitment they were sent for is finished, unless you agree to a longer period.
Your rights
You can ask to see the data we hold about you, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to its use, receive it in a portable form, and withdraw your consent at any time. Write to info@eastframe.lt; we answer within one month, as the law requires.
You can also complain to the State Data Protection Inspectorate of Lithuania (Valstybinė duomenų apsaugos inspekcija, vdai.lrv.lt).
